Balotelli's 'Bentley' bombarded with eggs after stamp row

Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli's super car Bentley was bombarded with eggs by angry people after he escaped getting a red card during Manchester City's match against Tottenham Spurs at the Etihad Stadium last night.

Balotelli City a crucial win over Spurs in an enthralling contest through an extra time penalty.

Manchester United fans spotted Balotelli's 120,000 pound Bentley Continental GT parked outside his favorite restaurant in Manchester and pelted it with eggs.

Balotelli was seen later driving his posh car to safety in a nearby multi-storey car park and resuming his meal at his favorite San Carlo restaurant, The Sun reports.

"He'd parked down a side street but unfortunately it was parked right next door to a well-known Man United pub," a source revealed.

"Loads of fans were in there watching the later Arsenal game and they must have come out and seen his car," the source added.

"They pelted his roof with eggs. The yolk was dripping down all one side. It was pretty disgusting. I don't know where they got their eggs from but there is a Sainsbury's just yard away. I'm not sure if Mario saw them do it but he came rushing out of the restaurant and moved the car into the multi-storey," the source further added. (ANI)
