Deccan inflict 53-run drubbing on Rajasthan

Deccan Chargers, propelled by a blazing 47 from Dwayne Smith (seen here), inflicted a 53-run drubbing on the Rajasthan Royals at the De Beers Oval, Kimberley on Monday.

The West Indian allrounder cracked four sixes in 32 balls at De Beers Diamond Oval, putting on a 37-run stand with Chaminda Vaas (20 off 15 balls) to rescue Deccan from 83-4 to a match-winning 166-7.
