There are many nagging worries for Indian Test cricket right now…
Winning two Tests in a series abroadIndia has been winning Tests abroad with great regularity post-2000, but after one victory, they have simply failed to win another after that. When is the last time India has won two Tests in a series abroad against a Top 8 team?
The surprising answer is in England in 1986, when we won 2-0. It's not that we are poor travellers abroad, but we fail to carry on the momentum throughout the series.
As of now winning the series seems a distant task and at best we may be able to square it.
