Indian cricketing legend Sunil Gavaskar has said that if the Supreme Court wanted him to do something, it would be an honour to accept.

He was reacting to the Court observation that he should replace N Srinivasan as BCCI President.

Gavaskar, however, added that Srinivasan was innocent until proven guilty.

The Supreme Court had also suggested that Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals be suspended from the upcoming IPL.

Gavaskar said that any cricket lover would feel sad if Chennai did not play in the event.
