Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos had issued a warning to English rival Manchester United to beware of Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo, following his hat-trick in the 4-1 win against Spanish club Seville on Saturday.

Ramos praised Ronaldo, saying that Madrid is lucky to have the Portuguese forward as a part of their team and added that Ronaldo is going through the best moment of his career, the Sun reports.

Confident of a victory over United in an upcoming match, Ramos said that the Madrid-United match will be the most important game of the season, and added that it is important for Madrid to maintain their offensive level and play a clean game.

Ramos also said that they have the players needed to create danger for United.

Agreeing with Ramos, Former Madrid player Emilio Butragueno called Ronaldo a phenomenon and said that Ronaldo almost regularly scores a hat-trick, which he has never seen before in his career.

Madrid had a stylish comeback from their shock loss to minnows Granada last week but is still a massive 16 points behind leaders Barcelona. (ANI)
