Melbourne: Former wicketkeeper-batsman Rodney Marsh could be in the offing to replace Andrew Hilditch as Cricket Australia's chairman of selectors.
Speculations about Marsh replacing Hilditch started after the former stumper recently met CA's general manager of cricket, Michael Brown.
"We talked all things cricket but there is a review going on at the moment so obviously nothing is going to come of anything until after the review," he said.
"I do enjoy being around good players and watching the way they work and perhaps telling some of them the way they should work. It is quite interesting actually," Marsh was quoted as saying by 'Perth Now'.
Marsh has just completed his six-year stint as director of coaching at the elite ICC Global Cricket Academy in Dubai.
