MS Dhoni, touted as India's most successful captain a few months back might lose Test captaincy to Virender Sehwag, according to reports.
After India's free fall in tour Down Under where it got thrashed 4-0, BCCI is contemplating the move to hand over Test captaincy to Virender Sehwag.
India lost both the Test series in England and Australia where the team capitulated failing completely in all departments.
An Australian daily had reported earlier of divide among the Team India members saying Virender Sehwag has been the catalyst polarizing opinions though the news was denied by the two senior members of the team.
And MS Dhoni's comments that he may retire from Test cricket to focus on ODIs and T20s have not gone down well with the BCCI.
Times Of India reported that BCCI might hand over Sehwag the Test captaincy while Dhoni will be retained as captain for the ODIs and T20s.
