The tattooed arm belongs to John Daly of the Caterham Team. He's a garage technician and had some interesting things to say on current Formula1.
He started off with how the team needs to be higher up the grid with Marussia currently snapping at their heels.
Also, if rumours are to be believed they, Marussia, will have technical expertise from McLaren next year. "Look at where Force India are now after tying up with McLaren!" he bemoaned.
