Hyderabad: Statistical highlights on the first day of the second cricket Test match between India and Australia played on Saturday.

# Michael Clarke has registered his sixth fifty against India - his 26th in Tests.

# Clarke is the sixth skipper and the second Australian captain to be dismissed in the nineties against India. Gary Sobers (WI) had recorded this dubious feat twice against India.

# Clarke's tally of five innings in the nervous nineties has been exceeded for Australia in Tests by Michael Slater (9), Steve Waugh (8), Matthew Hayden (7) and Ricky Ponting (6).



# Clarke has been dismissed at 91 three times in Tests. # Clarke and Wade have shared a stand of 145 - Australia's highest for the fifth wicket against India in India, eclipsing the 139 between Damien Martyn and Jason Gillespie at Chepauk in October 2004.
