The two international matches – one-day internationals between India & South Africa at Johannesburg and the Ashes Test between Australia & England at Adelaide have incidentally thrown open discussion regarding happy hunting grounds and not so favourite venues.

The reference is Australian captain Michael Clarke’s yet another century at Adelaide Oval making him only the ninth player in the annals of Test cricket to score six or more centuries at a single ground and India’s crushing defeat by 141 runs in the opening game of their tour to South Africa which remains their ninth worst loss in terms of runs margin while playing abroad.
