Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini has got a hairdryer installed at the Etihad Stadium to make sure he always look well groomed before he gives interviews.
A source at the Blues' stadium blamed the disreputably damp Manchester weather for the new hairdryer's home that is next to a mirror.
"He doesn't like going on TV looking wet. He likes to look good. It's part of his suave image," the Daily Mirror quoted the source, as saying.
Mancini's dryer, a high-powered Babyliss model, is tucked away in a staff section of the ground away from the players' dressing room, and staff claims he heads straight to it before going on camera.
Mancini is also believed to take one on away trips so that he never has a bad hair day, and it accounts for why his expensively-cut Latin locks always look so immaculate and dry. (ANI)
