
Sachin Tendulkar feels it is an exciting period for Indian cricket. And with good reason too.
In the last five years since January 1, 2004, India are the only team to register Test triumphs in each of the nine foreign countries.
In 31 away Tests, they have registered 13 victories in all.
It must be noted here that the No 1 and No 2 teams Australia and South Africa, respectively, have failed to achieve this feat, having registered wins in only seven countries.
Australia, however, did not play in Pakistan and Zimbabwe during this period while South Africa failed to win in Sri Lanka and did not appear in Zimbabwe. The full details are:
