Sachin Tendulkar misses 100th century

Sachin Tendulkar during the course of his illustrious international career lasting 22 long years has just suffered seven ignominious instances of going through ton-less tenures lasting eight or more months. His last and the most recent three-figure innings came during India's triumphant march in 2011 World Cup: versus South Africa at Nagpur on March 12.

Since then he missed the entire tour of West Indies and the tour of England to India due to injury while in-between these two rubbers he had a very poor outing in England. In the first two Tests against West Indies at home now, he managed a single fifty. Thus much awaited hundred has eluded him for eight months. The full details arranged in the chronological order:

From To Period sans ton
