Tiger Woods ex-wife Elin Nordegren knocks down $12mn mansion

Tiger Woods ex-wife Elin Nordegren has demolished her 12 million dollars mansion in Florida to make space for her own dream house at the same location.

According to TMZ, Nordegren purchased the beachfront mansion in March after her 100 million dollars divorce settlement from estranged husband Woods.

Nordegren house hunted for a few months before settling on the Seminole Landing estate, which was built in 1932, and paid a little over 12 million dollars for the six-bedroom, eight-bathroom spread, the New York Daily News reported.

Reportedly, the former Swedish model has hired a pricey architect to design her new home and has even asked each and every worker to sign a confidentiality agreement. (ANI)
