National CBSE topper wants to be a civil servant
Manipur boy Mohammad Ismat, who has topped the CBSE Class 12 examinations, aspires to become a civil servant.
He is the first student from the northeastern to achieve the feat, scoring 99.6 percent.
He scored a 100 each in Mathematics, Chemistry, Home Science and Fine Arts, 97 in Physics and 98 in English.
Ismat disagrees with the notion that strikes and shutdowns affect studies.
