Andhra HC gives Jagan's custody to CBI
The Andhra Pradesh High Court on Saturday gave a five-day custody of YSR Congress Party president Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in connection to a disproportionate assets case.The court dismissed his quash petition that asked to declare the arrest illegal.The CBI had asked for 10-day custody of Jagan, but the court granted only five-day custody from June 3.
