Pakistan SC summons PM Gilani
The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Thursday summoned Yousaf Raja Gillani to appear in the court on Feb 13 over his failure to act on the courts order to re-open graft cases against President Asif Ali Zardari.The order has been issued by seven-member larger bench of the Supreme Court on Thursday.
According to media reports, Gilani had refused to prosecute corruption cases against President Asif Ali Zardari.
