Ban congratulates France's new president-elect
UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon congratulates Francois Hollande for his victory in the second round of the French presidential elections, which took place on Sunday, according to Ban's spokesperson."The Secretary-General wishes Hollande every success and looks forward to working together with him on a variety of issues of interest to France and the United Nations," Ban's spokesperson said in a statement
