Goa by-poll: Easy win for Alina
Panaji, May 21 (IBNS) Goa BJP's Alina Saldanha has technically won the Cortalim by-poll after Congress candidate Raymond D'Sa withdrew his nomination Monday allegedly due to internal rift in the party.D'Sa has blamed lack of support by the Congress as the reason for his withdrawal from the by-poll race.
