Disabled passengers settle discrimination suit
Five physically disabled airline passengers, Delta Air Lines and the Wayne County Airport Authority have resolved a 3-year-old discrimination lawsuit.An order in U.S. District Court in Detroit says the settlement resolves about 60 disputed items in the suit.The suit originally named Northwest Airlines, which later was bought by Atlanta-based Delta.Delta and the airport authority will make modifications
