A Raja has filed a petition in the Supreme Court to review the order cancelling 122 2G-licences which contained certain seriously indicting observations about his actions. Raja has argued that such observations violate principles of natural justice and judicial norms of fairness in as much as he was not given an opportunity to be heard.
