New Holland Fiat (India) Pvt Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary of CNH Global NV (Case New Holland) and part of Fiat Industrial, today announced the introduction of GPS/ GPRS enabled technology in tractors. Bringing a revolution in the Indian Tractor industry, the company launched the Global Positioning System (GPS) and the General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) technology on its tractors under the name of ‘SKY WATCH’. This technology will enable farmers to monitor and trace their tractors and tractor ’s health and performance for better control and maintenance, easy operations and improved productivity.
