Chennai: A charge sheet will be filed against alleged paedophile William Heum within 15 days, police here said on Tuesday after the Dutch national was granted bail by a local court. Chennai Police Commissioner T. Rajendran said a strong charge sheet against Heum would be filed in 15 days time. Heum was given bail by a local court as the police had failed to file a chargesheet even after 80 days
