6.1 kg baby born in Mizoram Aizawl, Jan 30 (IANS) A 29-year-old woman has given birth to a baby weighing 6.1 kg at a hospital in this Mizoram capital, officials said here Monday. The baby, delivered by caesarian section Sunday, was doing well along with the mother, Laltlanfeli. "This is possibly Mizoram's heaviest newborn baby," a gynaecologist at the government-run hospital said.
