Del. doctor appeals young patient rape conviction
The former pediatrician who was convicted last year of raping young patients has filed an appeal to the Delaware Supreme Court.In the appeal, filed March 5, Dr. Earl Bradley's public defenders say that Delaware State Police searched places at the physician's office that were not listed on a search warrant.
