Chidambaram to chair first NIA meeting today
New Delhi: Union Home Minister P Chidambaram will chair the first meeting of the National Investigation Agency (NIA), set up to deal with terrorism across the nation, on Thursday.
The multi-agency centre (MAC) has become operational on a 24x7 basis and the executive order issued by the Government on Wednesday also obliged other agencies to share intelligence with the Central nodal body on intelligence
