Centre to invest Rs 1,000 bn in infrastructure
Chennai: Enthused by the recent stimulus packages, the Centre has decided to set up infrastructure projects worth Rs 1,000 billion in the coming quarter.
"Infrastructure projects worth Rs 1,000 billion (Rs 1 lakh crore) will be started in 100 days. This will have a positive impact on various industries like cement, steel and others. The economy is set to grow at about 6.5 percent," said Dr Ashwani
