Rapist-killers get death in Pune case
A Pune court sentenced to death on Tuesday a driver and his associate who had raped a woman of a call centre and then killed her in 2007.The driver and his friend- Purshottam Borate and Pradip Kokate respectively- had committed the crime in Pune in Nov 2007. They were convicted by the court here on Saturday. On Tuesday, the court announced the sentencing, giving death penalty to both the convicts.
