Attacker was well trained : Chidambaram
Home Minister P Chidambaram on Tuesday condemned the bomb attack on an Israeli embassy car on Monday afternoon in New Delhi that seriously injured four people that included a woman official of the embassy.Chidambaram said that a well trained person executed the attack on Monday afternoon.
"It is quite clear that well trained person has committed the attack," he said.
