Europe shares pare gains as Wall St turns negative LONDON, Feb 29 (Reuters) - European equities pared
gains in late trade on Wednesday, tracking losses in the U.S.
market that turned negative on weaker energy shares after crude
prices fell.
At 1602 GMT, the FTSEurofirst 300 index of top
European shares was up 0.2 percent at 1,078.40 points after
rising to a high of 1,084.55 points.
