New board for AP Paper
US-based International Paper has constituted a new board of directors for Andhra Pradesh Paper Mills Limited under the leadership of Paul Brown, president of International Paper India and chairman and acting chief executive of AP Paper Mills.
It has also appointed Rampraveen Swaminathan as managing director and chief executive of AP Paper, effective March 2 when Brown would become executive chairman
