Kolkata, May 10 (IBNS) Usha Martin Education & Solutions Limited (UMESL), an education and school management solutions provider, on Thursday announced its annual results for the financial year ended 31st March 2012.The company recorded 7.4% increase in consolidated revenue on Y-o-Y basis and 0.73% increase in revenue on standalone basis (Y-o-Y). Consolidated net profit (PAT) stood at `44.38 Lakhs
