Quippo Tele to raise $4 billion
Quippo Telecom Infrastructure Ltd (QTIL), a division of Quippo Infrastructure Equipment, an arm of Srei Infrastructure Finance, a leading non-banking financial institution, is planning to raise $4 billion through equity, debt and a combination of the two.
