Orissa pulls all stops to promote local jobs in new industries
First the mandatory employment clause at the MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) level with the industrial players to engage locals in different job categories and then entering into another MoU with the same players for setting up Industrial Training Centres (ITCs) at all the blocks of the state to train the locals. Orissa inks pact with 8 mega units for ITCs
To bridge the gap between the available skilled manpower and demand from the upcoming industries, the Orissa government today signed memoranda of understanding (MoUs) with eight mega industries
