Wipro allots shares under ESOPs
Mumbai: Wipro Ltd has informed the BSE that the administrative committee of the company's board of directors vide their circular resolution dated September 18, 2008, resolved to issue and allot 1,18,918 equity shares of Rs 2 each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees under the company's ESOPs 2000 Plan and Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004.
