Block deal of 1.75% stake in PNB in FII segment
Mumbai: A block deal of 5.52 million shares, or 1.75 per cent of equity, was struck at Rs 500 each in state-run Punjab National Bank in foreign institutional investor segment.
The deal was struck at a premium to the market price of Rs 475.75 (10.40 IST) in the normal segment.
