Dam bursts in Bulgaria, 8 killed in floods
A dam in southern Bulgaria burst Monday after days of heavy rain, bringing the toll from the region's flooding to eight dead, 10 missing.The dam on the Ivanovo Reservoir collapsed, sending a 2.5-meter (8-foot) torrent into some 700 houses in the village of Bisser near the Greek border, civil defense chief Nikolai Nikolov said.Four bodies were found in the raging waters, three of them elderly men,
