Crop loss assessment of second flood by month-end
The extent of crop loss in the second spell of devastating flood in the state will be assessed by the end of this month.
A joint committee consisting of officials of the departments of revenue and agriculture will make a detailed assessment of the crop loss. This was decided at a high-level meeting chaired by the state Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik.
