Toddler dies after beating in NYC foster home
A toddler who prosecutors say was brutally beaten by his foster mother's boyfriend has died from his injuries, the New York City Medical Examiner's office said Monday.Kymell Oram died on March 28, said Grace Burgess, a spokeswoman for the agency.
