Telelogic to contribute 20% of IBM Rational unit income
Bangalore: US Computer giant International Business Machines Corp, which recently completed an acquisition of 98.7 per cent stake in Telelogic, said the company would constitute 20 per cent revenue for IBM Rational Software unit in 2008. IBM said it would acquire the remaining 1.3 per cent stake in the next six to nine months. The integration of Telelogic into IBM is expected be over by early 2009.
