Bhel R&D value contribution up 22% Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (Bhel)'s Corporate R&D division at Hyderabad has clocked a value of in-house developments at Rs 9,512 crore for the year 2011-12, which is 19 per cent of the company's total turnover and up 22 per cent over last year. During the year, the company spent Rs 1,162 crore on R&D, an increase of 18 per cent over last year. The R&D division got 34 Indian and 3 foreign patents
