Dewa's residential project in Kochi
Thiruvananthapuram-based builder, Dewa Projects, will launch its first residential project at Kochi on Thursday.
Addressing a press conference here, Venugopal Nair, its chairman and managing director, said Dewa Pier 20, the new project on the Marine Drive, would see an investment of Rs 600 crore in the first phase, which will be completed in 2014. The seven-tower, 24-storey project includes 605 waterfront
