Cong non-committal on who would be the CMs
New Delhi: As the party appeared set to come to power in Rajasthan and Mizoram and retain power in Delhi, Congress on Monday remained non-committal on the leadership issue.
"There is a laid down procedure in the Congress party. We have not yet discussed.... It is for the Congress President to decide," party's Media Department Chairman M Veerappa Moily said.
