Man adopts girlfriend to safeguard finances in court case
A man in US, who is facing trial for hitting a man with his car and killing him, has adopted his long-term girlfriend to protect his finances in the court case.
Florida polo club founder John Goodman is facing a civil trial in the US over the death of 23-year-old Scott Patrick Wilson, who died after Goodman allegedly ran a stop sign and hit his car on February 12, 2010.
