Ingredients: Roasted Gram - 1/4 cup Pepper - 4 to 5 tsp Jeera - 4 tsp Dried Ginger Powder - 2 tsp Curry Leaves - 1/4 Asafoetida Powder Salt Method: 1. In a pan add the roasted gram. 2. Fry and keep on a plate. 3. Fry pepper and keep aside. 4. Fry jeera and curry leaves separately. 5. In the same pan, add asafoetida powder and ginger powder. 6. Allow it to cool. 7.
