RISAT-1 placed in its final orbit
Bangalore, Apr 28 (IBNS) The Radar Imaging Satellite (RISAT-1), launched by PSLV-C19 on April 26, has now been placed in its final Polar Sun-synchronous Orbit of 536 km height.India on Thursday morning successfully launched the RISAT-1 , the nation´s first spy satellite, also called its eye in the sky, that would help it view day and night uninhibited by cloud cover and help forecast flood.PSLV-C19
