Pakistani Hizb militant arrested in Delhi after shoot-out
New Delhi: A suspected Hizbul Mujahideen militant hailing from Pakistan, wanted in many cases in Jammu and Kashmir, was arrested near IIT campus in south Delhi after a shoot-out, police said on Monday. Abdullah Inquilabi, a self-styled divisional commander of the outfit in Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri, was caught by Delhi Police's Special Cell, the elite anti-terror wing, last night from Deer Park
