Al Qaeda relations chief arrested in Iraq
/AKI) An Al Qaeda militant allegedly in charge of relations between the terror outfit's network across Iraq and other countries was arrested Thursday.
The man was arrested in Baquba city when he was organising a suicide attack against the city's police headquarters, the Arab daily Al-Hayat reported citing intelligence sources.
