Toppers Ludacris, Janet suffer lower sales
Rapper Ludacris scored his third No. 1 on the U.S. pop album charts
Wednesday, while Janet Jackson's new release opened with her lowest numbers in almost a decade,
Billboard reported.
Ludacris' "Release Therapy" (Def Jam) sold 309,000 copies in the week ended October 1, according to
Nielsen SoundScan data cited by the trade publication. In 2003, "Chicken 'N Beer" debuted at No. 1 with
