India Cements raises $65 m in share sale
India Cements on Tuesday raised $65 million through the sale of shares to institutions, two sources with direct knowledge of the deal said. The company sold shares to institutions at Rs 120.2 per share, they said. The issue, initially planned to raise $40 million, was launched late on Monday and increased to $65 million, the sources said.More India business stories Royal Bank of Scotland
